Since 2012 David Elgandashvili has been working for Caraps Medline as a surgeon. He is the author of 12 scientific works. He is a member of the Georgia Association for Minimally Invasive Surgeons.  

David Elgandashvili obtained his graduate diploma at Tbilisi State Medical University in 2013. During his one-month internship course Mr David practiced advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery in St. Augustine Hospital, Modena, Italy.

In 2015 Mr David Elgandashvili was awarded Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) on Optimizing Treatment for Gastroesophageal Junction of Non-cancerous Pathologies with Laparascopic and Traditional Surgical Methods.
